Entry 11

Upon sharing the forms that I have explored above, I received feedback favoring typefaces Alverata and Bely which I was actually already leading towards as my top favorites. Bely Display however comes off as trendy and I am trying not to lean that way aethetically for my project. I want to try to utilize a serif typeface to change my pattern of using only sans serif type. So I will continue to explore different typefaces, keeping in mind of what I already found.

In addition to Bely Display, I received feedback from others regarding Alverata as an interesting typeface due to its subtle sense of direction and legibility of it when used as body copy. It was also shared that the typeface has a strong presence and almost grabs your attention pending on the weight used. I am taking every piece of advice into consideration as I make my final decision but up until I finalize my visual presentation, I might bounce around a bit.
